Introducing Candidate Anthony Wick

It is with great excitement and pleasure that Ascension’s call committee, succession planning team, and church council introduce Anthony Wick as a candidate for the role of pastor of Ascension Lutheran Church, NALC, LCMC.

Background

Anthony earned his Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary with a focus on Crisis Ministry and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University with a focus on Biblical and Theological studies. He has been serving as the Director of Volunteer Ministries at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Hubertus, WI, and as well as serving as a pulpit supply pastor for the LCMC (Lutheran Congregation in Missions for Christ). Anthony is currently working through candidacy requirements with the NALC-North American Lutheran Church with anticipated availability for ordination and call this spring. Anthony brings a deep reverence for scripture and a passion for pastoral care.

Family

Anthony Wick, his wife Jessica, and their four children, who range in age from infant to 10, hail from the Milwaukee area and are looking forward to making their home in Fond du Lac.

On-site Meeting

We will be working to set up an on-site visit by Anthony and his family, sometime in February, where you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know them.
